On August 15–16, the KNM Furniture team — production floor and admin
office together — travelled to Phan Thiết for the company’s 2026 team
building trip.
THE JOURNEY BEGAN WITH A STORY
Before the beach games, the team stopped for a guided cellar tour — a quieter start that set the tone for a trip about shared experience, not just competition.
TEAM BUILDING ON THE SAND
Under the Welcome Arch, teams gathered for a series of beach challenges — games designed to test coordination and trust, not individual skill. By the end, the whole group came together for one final celebration, scarves thrown into the air.
A NIGHT TO CELEBRATE TOGETHER
The two days closed with a Gala Dinner by the shore — a night of recognition, laughter, and shared stories under the palm trees.
ONE NAME, WRITTEN TOGETHER
The trip closed with the team spelling out “KNM” on the sand — a simple image that captured the spirit of the two days: individual effort, shared outcome.
